Who doesn’t love a good study about fast food?  Particularly, the most popular fast food in America.

Recently, a study from CashNetUSA identified the most popular fast food chains for burgers, pizza, doughnuts, chicken, and Mexican food in every state. Then, they analyzed the chains’ ratings on Google Maps.

According to CashNetUSA’s findings, the top-rated fast food chain in Alabama is Daylight Dounts. The bottom-rated is Wingstop.

The study also breaks down the data for top and bottom rankings for burgers, chicken, doughnuts, Mexican food, and pizza. In Alabama, here are the top and bottom fast food chains, based on cuisine:

Burgers: Top– Culver’s, Bottom– McDonald’s

Chicken: Top– Chick-fil-A, Bottom– Wingstop

Doughnuts: Top-Daylight Donuts, Bottom– Dunkin Donuts

Mexican: Top-Moe’s Southwest Grill, Bottom-Chipotle

Pizza: Top– Papa Murphy’s, Bottom-Domino’s

CashNetUSA also delved into its data to find the top and bottom-rated restaurant for each chain. Turns out, according to their findings, the top-rated Bojangles in the country is in Mobile at 3213 Dauphin Street.

If you’re interested in results from other states, the top-rated fast food chain in Michigan is Chick-fil-A.
