Bop’s Frozen Custard has leased 1,600 square feet in Jag Plaza on Old Shell Road across from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, according to Herrington Realty.

Bayou St., in downtown Mobile, and plans to redevelop the property, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. The properties are zoned SD-WA, Special District Warehouse and located within an opportunity zone. The buildings are across from the Mobile County Health Department and near St. Louis Street where major investments and redevelopment is ongoing.
