A local investor paid $2 million for a 1.98-acre site at 29740 Urgent Care Drive in Daphne, according to Andrew Dickman of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller. The property will be developed for 7 Brew Coffee shop. Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty represented the buyer.

Texas Roadhouse paid $1.55 million for 2.38 acres at 3201 S. McKenzie St., in Foley, according to Andrew Dickman and Ryan Pecot of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller and the restaurant franchise.

Investors paid $525,000 for a 1.93-acre lot at 915 McKenzie St., in Foley, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the seller, Harbor Hills Inc. The buyer, McKenzie & Fig LLC, plans to develop retail shops at the property. George Catranis of Catranis Real Estate represented the buyers.

ModWash paid $375,000 for a 1.63-acre site at the corner of University Boulevard and Overlook Road in Mobile, and plans to build a car wash, according to Realtors. Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties represented the buyer and Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty worked for the seller.

First Choice Wellness & Infusion Center has leased 1,250 square feet of office space at 5920 Grelot Road in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Shaun Roberts of NAI worked for the tenant. First Choice is a clinic offering specialty pharmacy, infusion centers, and home infusion therapy in Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and New York.
