Cookie Fix will be opening its third location in the Birmingham metro early next year.

The popular franchise will open a store on U.S. 280 near Cahaba Valley Road in early 2024, according to Facebook.

Owner Fatima Maldonado and her mother Blanca made the announcement, saying they are “so unbelievably grateful for this opportunity.”

Maldonado said her “go to” cookie is Healthy Peanut Butter, while Blanca’s is the Triple Chocolate Chip.

“Cookie Fix has become a household name in Birmingham, Alabama, and we can’t wait to continue sharing these amazing cookies with our friends, family and community,” Maldonado said.

“My mom and I have always had a passion for food and we have always loved working together in the kitchen to bring delicious food to our friends and family.”

Cookie Fix is also planning a Franklin, Tenn., location, and a store in Madison’s Clift Farms.

It currently has locations in Homewood, Vestavia Hills, and Huntsville’s Twikenham Square.
