Wynonna Judd’s daughter gets 60 days in Alabama jail after exposing breasts

Wynonna Judd’s daughter was sentenced to 60 days in an Alabama jail after pleading guilty to two charges stemming from exposing her breasts on I-65 and refusing to comply with an officer after she was arrested, court records showed.

Grace Pauline Kelley, 27, who lists addresses in Millbrook, in Elmore County, and Franklin, Tenn., had also been charged with soliciting prostitution in connection with the April 5 incident but that count was dismissed.

Millbrook County Municipal Court Judge Bradley Erdahl sentenced Kelly to 60 days in the Elmore County jail and $1,122 in fines and court costs on a charge of obstructing government operations, court records showed.

Kelley’s indecent exposure charge was changed to public lewdness, which she pleaded guilty to. Erdahl suspended the 90-day jail sentence on that charge.

Charging documents state Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook on April 5.

When officers tried to arrest her, she would not identify herself and sat down on the roadside, refusing to comply with police.

The charging documents on the soliciting prostitution count alleged Kelley held up a sign that read “A Ride 4 My Ride” emblazoned with homemade price stickers as she walked on Alabama State Route 14 toward I-65.

The stickers, according to the documents, were also on her clothing “as her breast, buttocks and genitals were exposed.”

Kelley, a mother, was arrested on August 28, 2021, for a probation violation stemming from a 2016 possession of meth arrest, according to published reports.

She was arrested on May 1, 2023, on charges she violated an order of protection and restraining order and violation of parole.
