Women killed in head-on crash near Mobile
A Mobile woman died in a head-on collision early Sunday morning, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
Deborah Conterras, 55, died at the scene on McDonald Road, about eight miles south of the Mobile city limits, state troopers said in a news release.
Conterras was driving a 2018 GMC Sierra pickup that collided with a 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 pickup at about 1:15 a.m., troopers said.
Conterras was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the release.
Troopers are investigating.
