Woman killed Friday morning in north Alabama two-vehicle crash
A Crane Hill woman died in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning.
Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said the incident happened at about 10:13 a.m. Friday on Interstate 65 near the 322 mile marker within Falkville city limits.
Kayla E. Haynes, 37, was injured when the 2005 Toyota Corolla that she was driving struck a 2016 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, driven by Markus W. Hutton, 51, of Pulaski, Tenn.
Hanes was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
