Wind chill advisory issued for Alabama until Sunday morning

On Saturday at 1:49 a.m. a wind chill advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 11 p.m. until Sunday 8 a.m. for Marion, Lamar, Fayette, Winston, Walker, Blount, Etowah, Calhoun, Cherokee, Cleburne and St. Clair counties.

According to the weather service, “Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.”
