Which South Alabama, Troy players were picked for preseason All-Sun Belt team?

South Alabama and Troy had three players each picked for the preseason All-Sun Belt Conference football teams, voted on by league coaches and announced Monday.

The Jaguars placed defensive back Jaden Voisin on the first team and wide receiver Jamaal Pritchett and defensive lineman Wy’Kevious Thomas on the second team. Voisin was a first-team All-Sun Belt pick in 2023.

The Trojans put offensive lineman Daniel King on the first team and offensive lineman Eli Russ and punter Robert Cole on the second. Troy has won the Sun Belt Conference each of the last two seasons.

Appalachian State quarterback Joey Aguilar was the preseason pick for Offensive Player of the Year, while Old Dominion linebacker Jason Henderson got the nod on defense. App State had the most first-team picks with seven, while Texas State had six.
