The Sun Belt Conference gets a national audience on Tuesday, Oct. 17, when South Alabama (3-3, 1-1 SBC) hosts Southern Miss (1-5, 0-3 SBC). The game will be live streamed on fuboTV (free trial), DirecTV Stream (free trial) and SlingTV (half off first month).

USM enters the contest losers of five straight, with a 1-5 record on the year. Southern Miss won its opener against Alcorn State before starting its current losing streak.

Quarterback Billy Wiles has thrown for 1,254 yards and seven touchdowns on the season for the Golden Eagles. Jakarius Caston and Latreal Jones are his top receivers on the year with 334 and 324 yards, respectively. Frank Gore Jr. leads the rushing efforts for the Golden Eagles with 397 yards and four touchdowns.

The Jaguars, meanwhile, put forth one of the more complete efforts of the Kane Wommack era last time out at ULM, scoring on nine of 10 possessions to win 55-7. Quarterback Carter Bradley threw for 303 passing yards and three touchdowns on 20-of-29 passing.
