It was another disheartening day for Auburn, which was worn down by the defending national champions on Saturday. The Tigers’ offense continued to search for answers, with none in sight, while the defense was formidable early but gave way in the second half as the Bulldogs amassed nearly 300 yards rushing and six touchdowns on the ground. Georgia again showed why it’s among the nation’s preeminent programs right now under Kirby Smart, a sharp contrast of where things stand for Auburn at this point in Year 2 of the Bryan Harsin era.
