Americans spend an average of 128 minutes in meal prep and cleanup on Thanksgiving, over three times the 34 minutes devoted to these tasks on an average Saturday or Sunday.

But don’t feel bad if you don’t feel like spending your entire Thanksgiving day in the kitchen – there are dining out options.

Here are some of the national chains open on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 23, 2023). Check ahead to confirm the hours for your favorite location:

Buffalo Wild Wings- Many locations are open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.

Burger King – Some open, hours vary by location. Check ahead for availability.

Cracker Barrel – Open with a special limited Thanksgiving menu.

Denny’s – Open 6 a.m.-midnight.
