Watch Nick Saban show off Ferrari during recruiting visit
Nick Saban brought out the big guns recently when visiting with recruits: His Ferrari.
On Sunday, the Alabama coach showed off the prized possession. Dre Kirkpatrick Jr., a three-star safety, shared a video of Saban on his Instagram story, per 247 Sports.
The video, as you can see, shows Saban getting in an starting up the car for a group of recruits. It is unlikely he took the car out for a spin.
“I’m sure I obsessive compulsive or something,” Saban told Pat McAfee in October. “I drive the Ferrari on Wednesday … if it’s not raining. That’s kind of the program.”
Last year, the Alabama coach became part of the ownership group of Prancing Horse of Nashville, a 43,400-square-foot showroom for a Ferrari dealership, one of only 60 in the world.
McAfee asked Saban in October if he had a couple of Ferraris.
“Just one,” Saban said. “We had two, but we traded two for one we wanted, which is the way it works with Ferrari.”
Back in 2018, Saban became part of a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Birmingham.
