Watch Georgia’s Kenny McIntosh get tripped up by turf monster against Ohio State, fails to score

Kenny McIntosh has had a memorable first half of the Peach Bowl for Georgia against Ohio State on Saturday during the College Football Playoff semifinal matchup.

Georgia answered Ohio State’s opening score as McIntosh scored from 25 yards out to tie the game at 7.

McIntosh, who scored on a screen pass, didn’t have the same kind of luck on his way to the end zone later in the first half.

The running back ripped off another run, made an Ohio State defender miss and appeared to be heading for the end zone. The dreaded turf monster got him, though, preventing McIntosh from potentially tying the game.

As it turned out, a few plays later, quarterback Stetson Bennett did what his running back couldn’t, running into the end zone to tie the game at 21.

Here is McIntosh’s touchdown, though.
