If you’ve got an appetite for the distinctive food served at Buc-ee’s, you’ve also got a chance to make some money.

FinanceBuzz, a site specializing in personal finance tips, is offering one lucky roadtripper $1,000 to taste test 25 items offered at the Texas-based roadsize stop.

You can also snag $250 to cover the cost of your munchables and gas getting there.

Among the items you’ll need to try are:

• Buc-ee’s Beaver Nuggets
• Sweet and savory kolaches
• Hippo tacos
• Barbecue sandwiches
• Buc-ee’s Lemon Crisps
• Homemade fudge
• Buc-ee’s Gummi Bears
• Banana pudding
• Biscuits and gravy

If you’re the lucky winner, you will also have some discretion on other items to try, but you’ll have to take pictures and produce reviews of the food. The work you do will figure in an upcoming review on the FinanceBuzz site.

You can apply here. Applications are due by Sept. 11 by 11:59 EST. The chosen connoisseur will be contacted by email by Sept. 18. You’ll have two weeks to get it done, so you don’t have to chew quickly.

The Texas-based gas and snack paradise has locations in Auburn, Leeds, Robertsdale and Athens.

Buc-ee’s operates 46 stores across the South, with locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee.

The company recently broke ground in Colorado and Missouri, with has announced another Tennessee store and its first Virginia location.
