Walmart is in the midst of opening 10 locations nationwide by the end of the year, and one of them is planned for Tuscaloosa.

According to USA Today, a Walmart Neighborhood Market will open at 8600 Alabama 69 in mid-June, citing a company spokesperson.

This opening is one of several store openings, planned for California, Utah, and Florida, through September.
