Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is opening its newest Alabama restaurant in Trussville Monday.

The restaurant, located at 464 Main St., is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

It’s the eighth restaurant for the chain in Alabama, which has more than 100 locations across the U.S.

“We’re excited to welcome the people of Trussville through our doors, and we look forward to becoming a beloved fixture in this community for many years to come.” Matt Roth, Walk-On’s Trussville franchisee, said. “We want everyone in Trussville to know, Walk-On’s is more than just a sports bar. It’s a gathering place where friends and families can come together to celebrate any occasion, savor mouthwatering dishes, and create lasting memories.”

The sports bar features Louisiana-inspired dishes, such as Cajundillas, Boudin Balls and Alligator Bites, along with salads, burgers, cocktails and beers. There are more than 70 big-screen TVs throughout the restaurant.
