Volleyball Tuesday area results: 7A defending champion McGill-Toolen sweeps, more results
Class 7A McGill-Toolen started its two-time title defense by cruising to the Area 2 championship in Tuesday AHSAA action.
The top-ranked Dirty Dozen (40-9) swept Daphne 25-17, 25-14, 25-15 for the title. Both McGill-Toolen and Daphne advance to the South Super Regional at Montgomery’s Cramton Bowl Multiplex while the North Super Regional will be at the Birmingham CrossPlex.
