The victim in Sunday’s fatal boat crash on Hall’s Mill Creek in Mobile County has been identified, while a search for another victim continues, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said Monday afternoon.

Cristopher D. Anthony, 27, of Mobile died when the 2003 Baja he was operating on Hall’s Mill Creek was struck by a 2005 30–foot Profile being driven by 35-year-old Nicholas J. Anthony, also of Mobile, the ALEA said.

A passenger aboard Anthony’s boat, Bryant W. Suggs, 36, of Mobile, went overboard in the crash and remains missing.

Two other passengers, one from each boat, were injured. Russell l. Reed Jr., 38, and Snehal Patel, 37, both of Mobile, were transported to University Hospital for treatment.
