Vanilla Frosty is back at Wendy’s. Here’s how to get one free

Get ready for the return of a Wendy’s favorite. The Vanilla Frosty is back.

The fast food chain first introduced the Vanilla Frosty in 2006. Since then the frozen treat has been a rotating menu item for over a decade, complementing Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty—a permanent staple since the restaurant opened in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio.

For much of 2023, the Vanilla Frosty was unavailable as Wendy’s offered other seasonal Frosty flavors including Strawberry, Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint, reports USA Today.

But on Jan. 8, the fast food restaurant hinted on X (formerly Twitter) that, after eight months, the treat would make a return.

The Vanilla Frosty is now available in four sizes: Jr. Frosty, small, medium and large.

If a Vanilla – or Chocolate – Frosty is your thing, you can purchase a Frosty Key Tag for $3 and get a free Junior Frosty every day with any purchase. Tags are available for sale until Feb. 14 and proceeds benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Both virtual and physical tags are available, USA Today reported.
