The Bulldogs’ opponents have made all 10 of their field-goal attempts, and the Commodores’ opponents have gone 8-for-8. Vanderbilt’s Joseph Bulovas has made all five of his field-goal attempts this season. Georgia’s Jack Podlesny is 12-of-14 in 2022.

1 Player in the nation has a rushing TD and a receiving TD of at least 75 yards this season – Georgia TE Brock Bowers. He ran 75 yards for a TD in a 39-22 victory over Kent State on Sept. 24 and caught a 78-yard TD pass in a 48-7 victory over South Carolina on Sept. 17.

1 More rushing yard for Georgia RB Daijun Edwards than for teammate Kendall Milton in 2022. Edwards has 285 yards and four TDs on 49 rushing attempts, and Milton has 284 yards and four TDs on 46 rushing attempts. Kenny McIntosh, who has started every game at running back for Georgia this season, has 205 yards and three TDs on 44 rushing attempts.

3 Consecutive top-10 opponents for Vanderbilt with the Commodores matched against No. 1 Georgia on Saturday. Vanderbilt lost to No. 2 Alabama 55-3 on Sept. 24 and No. 9 Ole Miss 52-8 on Oct. 1 in the Commodores’ first back-to-back games against top-10 teams since 1995. The current stretch is the first time since the AP Poll began in 1936 that Vanderbilt will play three consecutive top-10 teams.

3 Games with multiple TD receptions for Vanderbilt WR Will Sheppard this season. He’s one of three players in the nation who has done that, along with Charlotte WR Grant Dubose and Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr. Vanderbilt has won the three games in which Sheppard had two TD receptions and lost the three in which he did not. Sheppard has eight TD receptions in 2022, the most in the SEC. Georgia’s defense has yielded four TD passes this season.

3 Victories, 31 losses and one tie for Vanderbilt when facing a ranked Georgia team. The Commodores upended the Bulldogs in 1991, 2006 and 2013 and earned a tie in 1985.

4 Years since Vanderbilt reached the end zone against Georgia. On Oct. 6, 2018, Josh Crawford scored a TD on a 2-yard run with two seconds left in the Commodores’ 41-13 loss to Georgia. In 2019, Georgia defeated Vanderbilt 30-6, the teams did not play in 2020 and the Bulldogs beat the Commodores 62-0 in 2021.

7 Consecutive October games have been won by Georgia, the SEC’s longest current winning streak in the 10th month.

14 Consecutive conference games have been won by Georgia. The Bulldogs have had one longer winning streak in SEC play. A 23-game streak across the 1980, 1981, 1982 and 1983 seasons was ended by a 13-7 loss to Auburn on Nov. 12, 1983.

15 Consecutive games with a takeaway for the Vanderbilt defense, the longest current streak in the SEC. During the streak, the Commodores have intercepted 15 passes and recovered eight fumbles.

20 Consecutive games have featured at least 20 points for Georgia, the longest such streak in school history. Since Georgia defeated Clemson 10-3 to kick off the 2021 season, the Bulldogs haven’t scored fewer than 24 points in any game. The SEC record for consecutive games scoring at least 20 points is 40 by Alabama, a streak that ended in the Crimson Tide’s 33-18 loss to Georgia in the CFP national championship game on Jan. 10, 2022. Georgia’s current streak is the 13th-longest with at least 20 points in SEC history. For SEC streaks of 24 or more points, Georgia ranks fifth, with a 34-game streak by Alabama at No. 1.

21 Rushing TDs have been scored by Georgia this season, tied with Ole Miss for the most in the nation, while the Bulldogs defense has yielded only one rushing TD, tied with Illinois for the fewest in the nation.

21 Scores on 21 red-zone possessions for Vanderbilt this season. The Commodores have 17 TDs and four field goals when reaching their opponent’s 20-yard line. Clemson, Ohio State and Tennessee are the other teams that have scored on every red-zone possession this season. Georgia has scored on 35 of its 36 red-zone possessions.

23 Consecutive SEC games have been lost by Vanderbilt. The Commodores have not beaten a conference opponent since topping Missouri 21-14 on Oct. 19, 2019. Of the four losing streaks of at least 23 conference games in SEC history, this is the third for Vanderbilt.

25 Homecoming games for Georgia have featured Vanderbilt as the opponent, including Saturday’s contest. The Bulldogs are 20-4 against the Commodores on homecoming. Georgia has an 80-18-2 record in homecoming games.

52 Losses without a victory for Vanderbilt in games against teams ranked in the top five of the AP Poll. The Commodores have lost 17 in a row to ranked teams since a 14-7 victory over No. 18 Kansas State on Sept. 16, 2017, and have lost 22 in a row to opponents ranked in the top 10 since a 17-6 victory over No. 6 South Carolina on Oct. 20, 2007. The Gamecocks are tied for the highest-ranked team beaten by Vanderbilt. The Commodores also upended No. 6 LSU 7-6 on Oct. 23, 1937.
