Urgent care clinic coming to west Mobile
An out-of-town investor paid $1.150 million for a 28,000-square-foot office warehouse on 2.3 acres at 2609 Cameron St., in Midtown Mobile, according to Jay Roberds of CRE Mobile, who represented the seller. The investor plans to lease the space to a residential and commercial maintenance service provider.
A national developer paid $450,000 for almost an acre on Cottage Hill Road just east of Dawes Road in Mobile, and plans to build a Fast Pace Urgent Care Clinic on the land, according to Herrington Realty, who worked for the buyer. Cummings & Associates represented the seller.
Off Dock Services has leased the entire 7th floor in the Waterman-Smith building at 61 St. Joseph St., in downtown Mobile, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. Off Dock specializes in shipping and warehousing and plans to move into the 4,200 square feet of space at the end of the month. The Waterman-Smith building is a 70,000-square-foot office complex built in 1947.
Generator Super Center has leased its first store space in the state of Mississippi in Lakeview Village III shopping center on Sangani Boulevard in D’Iberville, according to Angela McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. The new store will open in 1,970 square feet of space in the fall.
Slappin Dak’s has opened in Downtown OWA next to Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s off OWA Blvd., in Foley. Slappin Dak’s offers customized frozen adult beverages and snowballs.
