Barry Metals paid $410,000 for a 12,000-square-foot warehouse at 40850 Pine Grove Road in Bay Minette, according to William Peebles of CRE Mobile, who represented the buyer. The location will serve as the new regional headquarters for Barry Metals, a metal fabrication company. Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Companies represented the seller.

After Hours Scrubs has leased 1,260 square feet in Jubilee Pointe at 28600 U.S. 98 in Daphne, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord.

Lush Florist & Gifts has leased 1,200 square feet of space in Southwood Place shopping center at 6808 Airport Blvd., in Mobile, according to John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented the tenant. Lush Florist is a full service floral design firm and event specialist.

Apple Nails has leased 1,600 square feet of space in Foley West Plaza at 2658 Ala. 59 in Foley, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord.

Grand Riviera RV Resort on Baldwin County 20 in Foley is scheduled to open later this month and Gulfgate Park Management will manage the rentals, according to Ryals Realty. The resort includes 150 RV sites and half are pre sold, according to Alla Nikitina of Ryals Realty. The project also includes three pools, a pickleball court, three bath houses, a playground and dog park.

Plans for the former Romar Baptist Church at 23370 Perdido Beach Blvd., in Orange Beach have changed and the developers want to convert the existing building into a hotel instead of build a new structure, according to city planners. Marriott Management Company has proposed a 76-room hotel with a rooftop bar for hotel guests on the 1.8 acre site.
