Robertsdale police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide Saturday night.

According to the agency, the incident happened about 7:09 p.m. at a home in the 18000 block of Brewton Street.

Officers responding to a shots fired call discovered the bodies of two men who lived at the address.

The two were dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

“This department’s investigation and eye-witness reports find this incident to be consistent with a murder-suicide,” the department said in a statement.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of the men.
