The Twins are 69-64 this season, while the Guardians are 63-70. Minnesota will send Sonny Gray to the mound vs. fellow right-hander Tanner Bibee for Cleveland.

The Twins-Guardians game starts at 12:10 p.m. Central (1:10 p.m. Eastern) and will be live streamed on ESPN+, which is available for $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. MLB Network will broadcast the game nationally, with regional coverage on Bally Sports Great Lakes and Bally Sports North.
