An 18-year-old is facing multiple charges for allegedly causing a deadly October 2024 crash while intoxicated.

According to court records, Jacob Ledbetter was indicted by a Colbert County Grand Jury for causing the death of Harlie Grissom, 17, and injuring two other people.

Ledbetter’s charges include manslaughter, first-degree assault and third degree assault.

A warrant for Ledbetter’s arrest was executed Wednesday and his bail was set at $78,000.
