Trump claims pop megastar he hates is ‘no longer HOT’

President Donald Trump on Friday insinuated that Taylor Swift’s popularity is in freefall — an alleged decline that began after a social media post he made nine months ago.

“Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?’” Trump asked his nearly 10 million followers Friday on Truth Social.

Trump was referring to the all-caps post he made on Sept. 15, declaring “I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT!”

That post came four days after Swift endorsed Democrat Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.

Swift signed her Instagram post “A Childless Cat Lady” — a referring to an old clip of Vice President JD Vance.

During Vance’s bid for the Senate in Ohio, he said in a Fox News interview that “we are effectively run in this country via the Democrats,” and referred to them as “a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.” He said that included Harris, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat.

“How does it make any sense that we’ve turned our country over to people who don’t really have a direct stake in it?” asked Vance.

Harris became stepmother to two teenagers when she married entertainment lawyer Douglas Emhoff in 2014. And Buttigieg announced he and his husband adopted infant twins in September 2021, more than a month before Vance made those comments.

Trump’s criticism of Swift came an hour before he turned his ire to Bruce Springsteen, who called out his administration as “treasonous” as The Boss kicked off his European tour on Wednesday.

“I see that Highly Overrated Bruce Springsteen goes to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States. Never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics and, importantly, he’s not a talented guy — Just a pushy, obnoxious JERK, who fervently supported Crooked Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent FOOL, and our WORST EVER President, who came close to destroying our Country,” Trump posted.
