A popular Leeds restaurant is up for sale – but plans are in place to keep it running.

Laney’s Country Cooking, located at 7601 Parkway Drive, has an asking price of $350,000.

The restaurant, which seats 120 people, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with traditional meat-and-three options and desserts.

Shandi White of Stratford Real Estate is representing the seller.

“If you’ve dreamed of opening a restaurant, here’s one that’s up and running and it’s for sale,” a post on White’s Facebook page reads.

The restaurant was named for owner Vicky Dean’s granddaughter.
