These Party City stores are still open
At its height, Party City had over 800 stores. Now there are less than 30.
In 2024, the celebration retailer announced it would shutter all of its stores, ending a 40-year run in business. Earlier this year, the retailer held a wave of massive going-out-of-business sales.
The Party City brand is in transition. New Amscan PC, LLC, an affiliate of leading party supply manufacturer Ad Populum, LLC., now owns the majority of Party City’s intellectual property and assets and has announced plans to revive the brand.
Currently, 29 Party City stores in seven states are still open, according to the retailer’s website.
