These 13 Jefferson County food establishments got perfect scores in April health inspections
Evidently, restaurants in Jefferson County got through their spring cleaning checklists.
In April, no establishment scored 84 and below during Jefferson County Health Department inspections, according to the agency’s database. That threshold triggers a reinspection within 60 days.
It’s unclear how rare it is for all establishments inspected in Jefferson County in a given month to get a minimum grade of 85. The department could not be reached to determine if it keeps track of such feats.
While no restaurants will receive a second visit from a health inspector based on April scores, 13 establishments received perfect scores of 100 last month.
The spots given perfect scores range from private clubs to chain restaurants to gas stations and food trucks. We did not include perfect scores handed out to school cafeterias, senior centers or produce sections of grocery stores.
