Compass Group USA has leased the third floor of Montlimar Place at 1110 Montlimar Drive in Mobile, which is about 17,900 square feet of office space, according to Tommy Gleason of CRE Mobile, who represented the landlord. Compass Group USA is a food service and support services company.

Tidal Wave Car Wash and Discount Tires have each leased land at the Brewer Center at the corner of Schillinger and Hitt roads in Mobile, according to White-Spunner Realty. Each lease site was about 1.25 acres on Schillinger Road north of Aldi grocery store, and construction should start at the end of the year.

The law firm of Pilgrim & Pilgrim, LLC paid $389,000 for an office building at 21 N. Florida St., in Mobile, according to Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Companies, who represented the seller.

TRIO Community Meals has leased 19,913 square feet in Saraland Loop shopping center at 100 Saraland Loop in Saraland, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. TRIO is headquartered in Mississippi and supports congregate and home-delivered meals for senior nutrition programs.

The Hispanic American Business Association has leased 5,849 square feet of space at 260 Azalea Road in Mobile, according to Chris Harle of White-Spunner Realty, who represented the landlord. The group plans to open The Continental Commissary, a kitchen and business incubator for food businesses.
