‘The Voice’ 2024 premiere: How to watch, where to stream free
NBC’s The Voice will return for its season 26 premiere Monday, Sept. 23 at 8/7c.
Veterans Gwen Stefani and Reba McEntire are set to return for another season as coaches while Michael Bublé and Snoop Dogg will join the series for the first time.
According to NBC, season 26 will kick off with Blind Auditions, during which the coaches will pick their teams by turning their chairs and campaigning for singers who’ve impressed them with blind singing challenges.
However, for the first time, coaches will be given access to a “Coach Replay” button during the Blind Auditions. Traditionally, if a coach does not turn their chair while the vocalist is still performing, then they’ve lost out on a chance to represent that vocalist as a Coach. With the replay button, they will get a second chance to opt in, heightening the stakes for coaches and singers alike.
Where can I watch The Voice 2024?
Those without a basic cable subscription can live stream the premiere of The Voice on Monday with Fubo or DirecTV Stream, both of which offer free trials for new subscribers. However, Fubo is the cheaper option of the two after it’s 7-day free trial.
Those willing to wait can also stream new episodes of The Voice the day after they premiere with Peacock. However, it does not offer a free trial upon sign up.
What is Fubo and DirecTV Stream?
Both Fuboand DirecTV Stream are set up like any other streaming service, but rather than offering exclusively on-demand content, they both offer a plethora of exclusive live TV channels.
Fubo considers itself a sports-focused live streaming service, but overall, its standard package comes with over 100 live TV channels for $79.99 a month after its free trial. These channels include ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and much more.
Fubo also comes with a variety of shows and movies users can watch on-demand along with the option to record your favorite TV shows.
DirecTV Stream is similar to Fubo as it offers many of the same channels and features. At $94.98 a month after its free trial, the base package comes with a little over 90 live TV channels.
