The Stella apartment complex is going up in Huntsvilleâs Five Points. Hereâs what you need to know
Developers reached a milestone recently with the topping off of The Stella, a four-story apartment community going up in Five Points in Huntsville.
The topping off means the project has reached its full height, with work now focusing on the interior of the facility. Brasfield & Gorrie and Halstead are the builders of the 352-unit community.
“Huntsville is growing rapidly, and we’re excited to help meet the demand,” said Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Sara Beth Wilcox in a news release. “Our team is passionate about building strong communities, and they’re working hard to craft this beautiful neighborhood addition.”
The Stella will include units ranging from studios to two bedrooms, a four-story 444-space parking garage and 3,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. The apartment community’s amenities will include: a heated pool, outdoor grills, fitness center, rooftop lounge, valet trash service, greenspace and a dog spa.
There will also be a shipping and receiving area for deliveries such as Amazon packages. In an earlier interview with the Lede, Wilcox said The Stella will include a restaurant, but said the owners were not ready to announce which restaurant will be in the facility.
