Texas’ Keilan Robinson to Alabama recruits at Bryant-Denny: ‘All y’all come to Texas’

Texas running back Keilan Robinson had a message to potential Alabama recruits Saturday night as he was leaving the field after the Longhorns’ 34-24 win over the Crimson Tide.

“All y’all come to Texas.”

Robinson, as you may remember, transferred from Tuscaloosa to Austin in June 2021, after he ran for 254 yards as a freshman in 2019.

Robinson, who finished with 6 yards on three carries, was among Texas players who ran over to where the recruits were sitting Saturday to deliver the message.

When it comes to Alabama, Robinson hasn’t been shy.

Last year, he made headlines for his comments leading up to the Tide’s visit to Austin, saying, “I know we can beat them boys.”

“Ain’t no chip on our shoulder, it’s just a … it might be a chip (because) it’s Texas, because you there’s a few people that might be trying to count us out,” Robinson said in what was a deleted tweet last season, “but knowing what I know, seeing what I see every day being here and being there, I know we can beat them boys. We just got to do what we got to do.”
