Tennessee Titans release renderings of new stadium

The Tennessee Titans announced the renderings of their new stadium project on Tuesday.

The stadium will be roughly 1.7 million square feet and a 60,000-fan capacity.

“We envision a potential new stadium that makes our community proud and enhances the reputation of our great city and state,” Titans president and CEO Burke Nihill said in a statement. “We’re focused on designing a stadium capable of hosting a prestigious international event on a Sunday and a steady flow of impactful community programming later that same week. This is a building that would serve Nashville and Tennessee for generations.”

Some of the amenities include:

  • Translucent roof
  • Exterior terraces and porches with views of Nashville
  • Improved sight lines
  • Large screens that face green space surrounding the building.

The renderings were commissioned to “inform site planning and cost estimates,” the team stated in a Tuesday news release. They were produced by Kansas City-based MANICA, an architecture firm that worked on Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and San Francisco’s Chase Center.
