‘Survivor’ season 48 premiere: How to watch, where to stream free
An all-new season of the hit CBS competition series Survivor returns with a two-hour premiere on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 8/7c.
Long time Survivor host, Jeff Probst, and 18 new contestants ready to outwit, outplay and outlast each other have officially made it to Fiji. Much like previous seasons, the contestants will battle food deprivation, the island elements and each other for a chance to win $1 million.
According to Probst, this season includes elevated emotions and never-before-seen moments, which are sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats throughout the season.
Those interested in catching season 48 can do so without the hassle of basic cable. Cord cutters can catch new episodes on Fubo and DirecTV Stream—both of which offer free trials for new subscribers.

What is Survivor?
Castaways from diverse backgrounds compete against and alongside each other in hopes to be the last one remaining to claim a $1 million dollar cash prize. The 18 contestants are split into tribes of six and must battle rival tribes in grueling challenges both in and out of the crystal blue waters of Fiji.
Food depravity, unpredictable elements and a charged social environment all prove to be an uphill battle throughout the season. Whichever tribe loses in challenges must attend tribal council. Led by host Probst, tribal council gives contestants a chance to air out dirty laundry on tribe members and includes the unfortunate, or fortunate, decision of who’s being eliminated.
One castaway will outwit, outplay and outlast and be named the winner, and in the end, have their life changed with the $1 million dollar cash prize.
