Auburn men’s basketball coach Bruce Pearl is a true Auburn Man.

No distance — not even nearly 2,500 miles — was going to get in the way of Pearl taking in Saturday night’s Auburn-Cal matchup on the Pacific Coast.

As first-year head coach Hugh Freeze and the Auburn football team prepare to take on the Cal Golden Bears at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, Calif., Pearl has taken his seat in the very front row of Auburn’s section of the stadium.

Earlier in the day, Pearl visited the University of California’s Alpha Epsilon Pi chapter, which is the world’s Jewish college fraternity.
