An early summer opening is being targeted for the mixed-use development Stella at Five Points near downtown Huntsville.

The four-story Stella will offer a street level retail and restaurant underneath 352 units which will include studios, one bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The retail space will be about 3,500 square feet.
