Steve Miller Band: How to get tickets to Alabama show
The Steve Miller Band will be on tour this summer, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the hit album “The Joker.” The band is planning a stopover at Huntsville’s Orion Amphitheater May 18 for the annual benefit for the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.
The show will also feature the Unorthodocs.
The Steve Miller band is best known for hits such as “The Joker,” “Fly Like an Eagle” and “Jet Airliner.”
Lead vocalist Steve Miller is 80 years old and still rocking. He founded the band in 1966 and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.
The group’s “Greatest Hits 1974-78″ album received the RIAA Diamond Award with sales of more than 15 million copies.
