Move over peppermint, it’s pistachio’s time to shine.

According to leaked info on Mashable and Instagrammer @markie_devo, coffee chain Starbucks will be releasing its winter menu as soon as Wednesday, Jan. 3. The drink lineup will include Iced Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, Pistachio Latte, and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew.

On the food front, there will be Potato Cheddar Chive Bakes, Chicken Maple Butter Egg Sandwich and Vanilla Bean Custard Danish, as well as a Valentine’s Day Cake Pop.

Later in the month, two Oleato drinks – Starbucks’ line of beverages made with cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil – will appear with the Oleato Oatmilk Latte and OIeato Golden Foam Iced Oatmilk hitting locations nationwide.

Starbucks has yet to officially confirm the menu changes.
