Sara Payton Schmidt smacked a 3-run double in the bottom of the final inning to give Prattville Christian Academy a walk-off 3-1 win over Corner in a tournament at Pelham on Saturday – and coach Randy Stough his 800th career victory.

Stough is 395-147-1 in his 13th season at PCA with a Class 3A championship in 2018 after coaching from 1997-2012 at Wetumpka. He carries an 801-307-3 career record into the Panthers game at Stanhope Elmore on Tuesday.
