Southeast Alabama under a heat advisory until Monday evening
On Monday at 1:34 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a heat advisory valid for Monday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Coffee, Dale, Henry, Geneva and Houston counties.
The weather service states, “Heat index values up to 110 degrees expected.”
“Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses,” comments the weather service.
