South Alabama will play in their home stadium for the postseason, it was announced Sunday.

The Jaguars (6-6) will face Eastern Michigan (6-6) in the 68 Ventures Bowl on Dec. 23 at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile. The game kicks off at 6 p.m. on ESPN.

The Eagles are in Mobile for their bowl game for the second in three years. Eastern Michigan lost 56-20 to Liberty in 2021 in what was then known as the LendingTree Bowl.

South Alabama and Eastern Michigan have never met in football. The Jaguars can lock up a second straight winning season with a victory.
