South Alabama shopping center sells for $5.7 million
Gulf Shores’ Paradise Isle Shopping Center was recently sold for $5.7 million to a Mobile company registered this year as Paradise Isle Holdings LLC, according to real estate records.
The sale was brokered by Mobile real estate firm Merrill P. Thomas Co.
“Another great deal on the books for 2025!” the company wrote in a post to Facebook earlier this month.
A relatively new 25,740-square-foot Publix supermarket, opened last year, anchors the 47,520-square-foot property.
Other tenants include AutoZone, Resale Heaven, Nail Boutique & Spa and the Gulf Shores Methodist Church.
Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., Inc. represented the seller, and the buyer was represented by Nathan D. Handmacher of Mobile commercial investment firm Zarzour Companies, according to Merrill P. Thomas Co.’s Facebook announcement.
