Oneonta senior and South Alabama commit Fluff Bothwell delivered a performance to remember at Jim Glover Field in Attala.

Bothwell carried 24 times for 265 yards and four touchdowns, caught four passes for 122 yards and three touchdowns and completed his only pass for a 40-yard touchdown in Friday’s 62-36 victory over Etowah. He was also credited with 17 tackles and a sack on defense.

Bothwell scored on runs of 6, 20, 40 and 2 yards and caught TD passes covering 37, 34 and 40 yards.

Etowah’s Jameson Scissum scored on runs of 4 and 2 yards and caught a 68-yard touchdown pass.

Oneonta (5-2 overall, 3-1 in Class 4A, Region 6) is off next week and plays at Ashville on Oct. 20. Etowah (2-4, 2-2) plays at Hanceville next week.
