Skincare retailer is closing all of its stores in the U.S.

Skincare company The Body Shop is closing all of its stores in the United States as part of an effort to restructure.

The beauty company filed the U.K. equivalent of bankruptcy in February, reports Quartz. In a March 1 press release, the Body Shop announced its U.S. leg would cease operations.

As of March 12, the Body Shop website is not accepting online orders. The site issues a “Thanks for Visiting” message, along with the text “We’re currently undergoing planned maintenance, but don’t worry we’re due to be back online soon.”

Founded in 1976, The Body Shop became a household name for its fragrant scrubs, lotions, and other products. It also made a name for itself by pushing its customers to consume ethically via fair trade raw materials and other methods, reports Quartz.
