Shop small for artisan gifts at Mobile Outdoor Holiday Market
Holiday shoppers can kickstart their gift buying with local businesses and artists in Mobile’s Cathedral Square on Saturday Nov. 25 from noon to 4 p.m.
The annual Outdoor Holiday Market is an annual event hosted by Mobile Parks and Recreation and the city’s Office of Supplier Diversity for Small Business Saturday. It highlights local businesses while giving consumers the opportunity to find unique gifts for their friends and family.
“We saw a great turnout the first two years we hosted this holiday market, which is one of many ways our Office of Supplier Diversity supports and highlights small businesses,” Mayor Sandy Stimpson said in a release. “What better gift for a Mobilian than something locally made right here in our community.”
Listed vendors are selling anything from jewelry and fiber crafts to baked goods and local farm products. 27 businesses are currently listed on Mobile’s vendor signup page.
Cathedral Square is located at 300 Conti Street in Downtown Mobile.
