A Birmingham man has been identified as the homicide victim found fatally shot on a Bessemer street.

Quindarrius Antonio Brown was 23, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.

Brown was found wounded late Sunday in the 500 block of First Street North, according to authorities.

He was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 7:09 a.m. on Monday.

No arrests have been announced in Brown’s slaying.

He is Bessemer’s seventh homicide this year. In all of Jefferson County, there have been 151 homicides, including the seven in Bessemer.
