Shelby County woman, 73, missing more than week; endangered alert issued

Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating a 73-year-old woman Shelby County woman who has been missing for more than a week.

Brenda Clark, who also goes by Diane Clark, was last seen Sept. 10 in Pelham.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency on Thursday issued a Missing and Endangered Alert for Clark.

Clark lives with a condition that may impair her judgment. According to friends and social media posts, Clark may have last been seen in the Chattanooga area and they fear she is lost and confused.

Clark could be driving a gray Honda Civic with Alabama license plate number 6688BM6.

She is described as 5-feet, 5-inches tall and ways 140 pounds. She has blue eyes and blonde or strawberry blonde hair.
