A Georgia-based sheet metal machinery company is building a new facility in Chambers County.

MR6 Tech Services plans to erect a $1.5 million, 20,000-square-foot building in the Huguley Industrial Park.

The project is expected to create up to 20 new jobs, with the possibility for more with growth.

MR6 Tech Services, in business for about 20 years, specializes in servicing sheet metal equipment tailored toward roofing, siding and HVAC.

This will be the company’s first physical location.

Construction is expected to begin in October, with completion in January 2026.

Michael Ralich, owner of MR6 Tech Services, said the company is excited to begin a new chapter in Chambers County. MR6 Tech picked the site because of its location near Interstate 85 and the community’s “small-town, welcoming atmosphere.”

“The move reflects our company’s continued growth and expanding operations,” he said. “As we look to the future, we are eager to work, live and invest in the Chambers County community.”

Chris Busby, executive director of the Chambers County Development Authority, said MR6 Tech is “an ideal fit for the community, and we are confident that they will be a strong partner for continued economic growth for years to come.”
